The Joindin Foundation

The Joindin Foundation is a nonprofit organization which has applied for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of The United States of America. The founding board members are Adam Englander, Beth Tucker Long, and Joe Ferguson. All three are involved heavily with Joind.in leadership team and hosted project. You can also read the bylaws of the organization.

Purpose

The organization is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes under Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding Section of any future federal tax code.

Mission

The mission of The Joindin Foundation is to facilitate the hosted Joind.in service and mainting the open source project to encourage learning and teaching.
